COVID - 19 Updates

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis continues to evolve, PLUS Group Homes – is taking proactive measures to minimize any potential health risks to the individuals and families we support, as well as to our workforce.

Effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020, PLUS Group Homes Program Without Walls based in Wantagh are closed until further notice.   Our Day Habilitation Management Team will be working remotely and are available by phone and email.

In addition to the Program Without Walls closure, all PLUS group home residences have been placed on a strict NO VISITATION protocol.  Again, these measures are put in place for the protection of the people living in the homes and for the safety of their support staff.

We are available and accessible to our members, their families, providers, and any interested parties. We can be reached by email, phone and tele-conferencing, as well as videoconferencing. Agency staff and administration will be reaching out to people on a routine basis to check on their health and well-being.  Please feel free to communicate with your manager, therapist, support staff and administration as needed but here is additional contact information to assist you:
